ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

How to secure a slot to be enrolled in MICA?
STEP 1: Fill out pre-registration form
A. (for old/returning students)
Fill out all the necessary information that can be found in the enrollment form. You can access the form by clicking the button below. Make sure that you will provide the COMPLETE information.

NOTE: If your son/daughter is a new student please fill-out the Diagnostic Test form below:
B. (for new students)
STEP 2: Wait for confirmation
message
After submitting the form, within 24 hours,a confirmation message will be sent to you via email indicating that your child/children was/were
enlisted successfully. If provided information in the form is incomplete, a request message will be sent as well.

STEP 3: Send your proof of
payment
Next, after successfully enrolling your child/children in MICA, you can pay the school fees to this Account:

Full payment
avail 10% discount
You can avail 10% discount if tuition fee will be paid in full upon enrollment
Semestral Basis
Payment on or before December 15 / March 15
Quarterly Basis
Payment on every quarterly exam
